LibreOffice Writer reports that the document License.rtf [1] has size ‘0 B’ when opened directly from the Web.

Link gives error message 404:not found => Could you please check it?

I'm sorry, but I can't find a way to open it from bwser directly. RTF file is always opened in browser, but not in LO. If I save the file, it has a size of 46,8kB. Perhaps somebody else can help.
