Description Giorgi 2021-11-13 12:53:05 UTC
Description:
Usually, LibreOffice Writer (or any other product) proposes an update, which is latest long-term-tested version. It's now proposing 7.1.6, but 7.1.7 is already available.

It's been my third time, I encounter inconsistency in the update branches and versionings.. I remember, some time ago, I've submitted another issue like this, and then, developers said, it really was an inconsistency. It's not a big deal.. but why should I have an incorrect up-date notification.. that's not good.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Help -> Check for Updates
2. You get LibreOffice 7.1.6 is available;
3. But LibreOffice 7.1.7 is available on https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/

Actual Results:
7.1.6

Expected Results:
7.1.7

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
Nothing much to add here. Just beware, that I've encountered updates' versioning inconsistency already for not the first time.. please take better care of this.
