Testing in LO Viewer 7.6 alpha1+, there is currently no way to insert a comment in an ODT.
So I am closing as "invalid" and recommend to open an issue on https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online (if not already reported, or already resolved).
Thank you!

Is Android Viewer the same as Android Editor? Can the Viewer to edits?

I tried reproducing in Collabora Office 21.11.6.1 on Android 13.1 but was unable to find how to add a comment to a table in writer.

Same binary on F-Droid but I guess we split according to if the experimental editing features are turned on or not. (Default is not.)

In addition to what is written, I add that 6.4 is very old version of Collabora Android app.
Latest is 21.11 and soon to be released 23.05 can be tested as a snapshot.
