Do you mean the label of the dialog? "F" seems to be clipped in your screenshot.

I can't confirm it with OpenSUSE 15.2 64bit rpm Linux. So might be a special GUI- bug in Windows.

Yes. Could be screen config/font issue.

It shouldn't happen if label and data field are aligned.
