Description RSMilward 2021-06-26 16:18:50 UTC
Just a comment: the Standard toolbar will sometimes dim during a File Save. This is okay with me! The green progress bar at the bottom is nice, but my cursor and attention are at the top of the screen. Dimming the toolbar is a strong reminder that the Save is in progress -- but that doesn't happen every time! So, not sure if this is a bug or not.
Thanks so much for a great and ever-improving set of tools!

Can you give reproducable examples of when it does not dim?
Comment 2 RSMilward 2021-07-20 15:48:54 UTC
Toolbar dims when clicking on the Save icon, but not when using Ctrl-S. Seems to be consistent behavior. As stated, I *like* the toolbar dim, if definitely shows you should wait during saving.

I'm not surprised, this "toolbar dimming" behavior has been inconsistent for me. (I thought it only happened when clicking the Save icon, but I was wrong.)
