Description:
UI: Pressing Standard In frame style Graphics dialog changes Optimal wrap to Parallel wrap

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Side bar -> Styles Panel -> Frame panel
3. Right click Graphics -> Modify
4. Wrap tab -> Press Standard

Actual Results:
Optimal wrap changes to parallel wrap

Expected Results:
Depending on what the default wrap should be.. Optimal wrap currently is the default, but maybe not for long? Depending on Heiko

Standard usually means to set the values of the parent, which doesn't apply here.

Could imagine this as a by-design solution once we switched the default to parallel, see bug 132928.

Not many comments on this ticket.

If you create a new frame style and change the attributes the (renamed) function "Reset to Parent" changes the attributes to the parent. If the FS "Test" comes under "Graphics", changing this attribute to no wrap will revert any other setting for Test to this value. 

The parent of the root items is somewhat unclear defined, ie. hard-coded. But no need to change / block modifications.
