Description tolomon69 2019-07-30 13:11:29 UTC
Description:
When you set your table or text zone as "Align Vertical Center" and save the file, it won't apply it once you close and open the file again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert a text zone or a table (Impress and Writer)
2.Write something inside the text-zone/table
3.Right-click/Alignment/Centered (select the table/text-zone before)
4.Save the file as: docx/pptx/xlsx
5.Close the LibreOffice
6.Open the file and inspect the text-zone/table

Actual Results:
Once the file re-opened, the text-zone/table is not vertically centered anymore.

Expected Results:
The text-zone/table should be vertically centered once the file is re-opened.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I'm currently using LibreOffice 5.1.6.2 on Xubuntu 16.04 LTS (64 bit). I tried on Windows 7 32 bit on LibreOffice 6.1 and this bug was still there.

It is not clear to me, which object you try to format. What is a "text zone"? You are aware, that a Writer table is a different object than a Impress table?

Do you see the same problem, if you save the document to odt or odp?

The field "Version" has '5.1.6.2'. That is a very old version. It that really your current version?
