Description rptr 2019-07-19 19:50:29 UTC
Description:
When hooking up an Impress Remote with a LibreOffice instance/ install one needs the IP address of the system where LO is running, this could be displayed in the dialogue if possible, instead of having to look it up with an external program.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice
2. Tools -> Options... -> LibreOffice Impress -> Enable Remote Control
3. Slide Show -> Impress Remote
4. Open Impress Remote on e.g. Android
5. The LibreOffice dialogue could show an IP address to put into your phone

So you want LibreOffice Remote to show you all the Ips in the local network ?
Comment 2 rptr 2019-08-08 17:41:08 UTC
You need the IP address of the host running LibreOffice in order to connect to it from the Impress Remote. Only that one, not all of them.
