The XML filter settings dialog (filter/uiconfig/ui/xmlfiltersettings.ui) has lots of buttons on the right. The "Close" and "Help" button should be moved to the bottom. Close should be on the right and Help on the left.
I would like to fix this bug. I believe I have assigned the task to myself. This will be my first contribution to LibreOffice.

Click "Tools". 2. Click "XML Filter Settings". I have also attached a screenshot of the XML Filter Settings dialog which shows the issue.
