When opening an ods file with LibreOffice Online using browsers on mobile devices, it could open successfully. However every few seconds it would be and the frame jump back to A1. Not able to further edit the file.

Which version are you using, and with which browser? I'm not getting this behavior, does it happen even if there's no further user action after selecting a cell, or does it happen during/after typing or under different conditions?

And I found that not only spreadsheet, but also text documents has this problem too.

It is extremely difficult to get it via Help About on the mobile browser.
