What is a numbered line bullet? I'd imagine it's either numbered or bulleted.
Do you get offered to submit a crash report upon restart? Can you give it a try in safe mode (Help -> Restart in Safe Mode...)?

LibreOffice Version: 6.0.1.1 (x64) Windows 7 SP1

To reproduce:

Open a new Writer document.
Enable numbering by clicking the toolbar icon.
Click the icon again to disable numbering.

Sorry for delayed reply.

I loaded 6.0.2 and the same result as 6.0.1 in normal mode.

Help > About info:

Version: 6.0.2.1 (x64)

CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.1; UI render: default;
Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group

When 6.0.2 crashes in this scenario:

Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:	APPCRASH
  Application Name:	soffice.bin
  Application Version:	6.0.2.1
  Application Timestamp:	5a8f468e
  Fault Module Name:	ucrtbase.DLL
  Fault Module Version:	10.0.10586.1171
  Fault Module Timestamp:	59ae5010
  Exception Code:	40000015
  Exception Offset:	00000000000699df
  OS Version:	6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
  Locale ID:	1033

In Safe Mode 6.0.2 does not crash.

Ok, that is interesting. Could you create a zip file of your profile folder and attach it to this report? https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows

After you have done this, you can reset the profile according to the instructions in the wiki article. Note that resetting the profile makes all customisations go away (extensions, modified menus, toolbars, keyboard shortcuts etc.).
