Description:
PiCture eXchange .pcx file endless loop or unable to open on libreoffice viewer 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 alpha version

Steps to Reproduce:
download and open rhbz469075-1.pcx https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/plain/filter/qa/cppunit/data/pcx/pass/

Actual Results:  
in endless loop

Expected Results:
open file

fileopen test result:

I tested on an x86 Android emulator.
