Mockup for the enhancement request

When adding a shape some properties are available in a toolbar 'drawing object properties'. The most often used should go into a section that needs to be introduced.
* Fill Style (Type and selection) (in the original idea it was an option to select the shape itself, i.e. switching from one form to another)
* Arrangement (Forward/backward one)
* Alignment (all 6 but without labels in that case) (added to the original idea)
* Caption
* Wrap
* Lock

What about border style and anchor? Alignment commands are currently broken in writer (bug 107342) and dont think they are that crucial in the toolbar, when they are in the context menu. Similar to other context sections, shouldnt there be a Shape styles large button?
