An example of selecting text cursor on touch screen, this screenshot is taken from Free Download Manager 5.1

Current vsrsion of LibreOffice does not support using a selector to move the text cursor by touch. This is a very useful behavior for users who use touch screen devices such as Surface. Recent versions of MS Office has already implemented.

This is also necessary when Tablet Mode is enabled on Windows 10.
