Font Sample PDF export version

Export of document to PDF with Adobe Creative Cloud fonts no longer works. Prior version worked correctly. I am logged onto Adobe Creative Cloud when I exported a document.

No error message went exporting, but when opening the document in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I get the error message dialog "Cannot extract the embedded font 'DAAAAA+AdobeCaslonProSemibol'. Some characters may not display or print correctly."

And the characters in that font do not appear at all. In Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, did a "File -> Properties..." "Fonts" tab, the font appears in the list.

No longer works since updating to 5.1.3 from a previous version?
Or perhaps since Adobe updated something?

Did you do a web search with the general error message? I found several topics on Adobe forums and elsewhere.

It is hard for us to test without CC fonts.

Correct; No longer works since updating to 5.1.3 from a previous version. However, I just upgraded to LibreOffice 5.1.4.2, and now the Adobe Creative Cloud fonts are appearing in the PDF exports, so could possibly be a coincidence -- possibly Adode fixed something. Or a combination.

So, not sure whether to close this or leave it open; I unfortunately don't have time currently to uninstall 5.1.4.2, install old 5.1.3, and see if issue reappears.

Let's close as WFM. If it reappears in the future, you can always come back and change it back to UNCONFIRMED.
