marathi word misspelled shows 2 letter english words as suggestion
Google search for "libre office marathi spell check" and install the extension before checking the words in this document.

English spell check also showing junk / irrelevant suggestions
type "mn" in English and you will get irrelevant spelling suggestions like AI, HP, Sun, UX, Xen on right click.
