Not Label 11354, but 30252 is allways preselected, sorry. So if try to select any other Label-Format than 30252 (e.g. 99012), then confirm 2x with OK, the go again to settings -> Label 30252 is again preselected. You can try without having a Dymo LabelWriter 400, just install driver from this link and then add Dymo 400 in Windows Devices/Printers manually: -> http://global.dymo.com/enGB/Software/LabelWriter_400.html Reproduced by installing driver manually and trying the steps (advanced settings). Lowering severity as workaround with PDF exists.
