To reporduce the problem:
Open a new document.
Create/insert a new table, shift its position to right 
add a few new lines
Create/insert another new table.

Save/as RTF file.
Close Writer.
Double click on RTF file to open in Writer.
Tables are not correct.

Thank you for submitting the bug. I can confirm that the bug is available in 4.3.2 and master on Linux.

If you open the sample odt file and save as rtf, the first table with get stretched outside of the right margin and the second table will contain 5 cells rather than 4. I believe this is similar to the rtf tables bug i submitted today (bug 82734).
