Additional information: Tested on Linux Mint 17 Confirmed with 4.2.6.1, windows xp sp3. Set to NEW, platform -> ALL. An easy workaround: Select all cells of the new sheet, then double-click between two row labels to auto adjust height. There is also a AskLibO entry: http://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/36979/newly-added-sheets-not-showing-correct-default-cell-style/ I made also a test using a new background color and found the background color to appear correct in newly added sheets. I've done a new template with Calibri 10 and row height 0.52 on all cells. The template included just one sheet. I did this template to a standard one. When I opens a new file the first spread sheet (which is included from the beginning) shows correct font and row height. When I add a new sheet the font is right but the row height is back to 0.43. Opening a new document created a one sheet Calc spreadsheet that used the default template I had set up. However, if I try to add a new sheet that uses the original, installed template. Problem description: When the Default cell style is modified with a different font size and a new sheet is added to the spreadsheet, the new sheet shows the "original" row height (0.18"), not the row height that is correct for the new font size. The new sheet displays the correct font size on the button on the toolbar, and text typed into the new sheet is displayed at the correct size, but the row height remains fixed at the 0.18". Steps to reproduce: 1) Open the Styles and Formatting window. 2) In the Cell Styles tab, modify the Default cell style to a different font size. 3) Add a new sheet to the speadsheet. Current behavior: The new sheet shows the original "as-installed" row height of 0.18". Expected behavior: The new sheet should show row heights adjusted to the size of the font saved in the modified Default cell style. Workaround: Select all cells in the new sheet and manually apply the modified Default cell style. The correct row heights will display. Operating System: Linux (Other) Version: 4.2.4.2 release
