The Excel-Book2 has the focus.

If I have many spreadsheets open (I copy many cells between them sheets), I can't see witch window has the current focus, 
because every calc-cell has a border (see attachment). 
Check this by Excel the curren cell lost the border and you see immediately the active window.

I disagree with that idea. I see the focus by the color of the window heading, so there is no need for additional focus information. May be someone will be happy to see in before where the cell cursor will be when he will change focus?

Well, I see Thomas' point.  For instance, Writer's cursor disappears when the window loses focus, which is the standard behavior, and conceptually the cell cursor in Calc is equivalent of the blinking cursor in Writer...

Having said that, this is probably a low-priority enhancement case.
