Description:
Undo of anchor position change does brake object position

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 169076 [details]
2. Select 'Details' frame (Frame 1 in navigator)
3. The anchor shows up after 'Hughes'
4. Drag it to 'authoring' 
5. Press undo (notice everything moving down)

Actual Results:
Position off (DOCX) 

Expected Results:
Layout as on file open


Reproducible: Always

Saving to ODT & doing the same thing produces wrong results too.. but got broken earlier (between 4.2 and 4.3). See bug 147312

Same layout as after step 4
