When the drawing is printed, the shape will be rotated.
This does not seem to be a regression as it behaves the same way in 3.3.0, 6.4 and the oldest of 7.0 bibisect repo (tested on Windows). Also seen on Linux. But I don't know if this is a limitation of the metafile format. Some developer could look into this.
