steps:
1. open attached doc
2. notice that the taskheel gets rendered
3. scroll down the page and then back up and the top of the tashkeel will be cropped
4. click in the header area and notice them reappear
5. click in the document area and notice parts of the characters that appear in the header get partially cut

Example how the metrics of font affects the rendering

It is issue of metrics of each font. Web browsers mostly renders also parts that aren't in regularly defined area in font. But LibreOffice cropped these parts.
