Custom positions are lost, all is reset to right alignment, which was set in the original file. Positioning is consistent between the office suites.
I was reproduced in the following environment. Steps to Reproduce 1. Open file: "attachment 133603 [details]" 2. File save xlsx format (e.g. menu [File]-[Save As...]) 3. Balazs Varga committed a patch related to this issue. It has been pushed to "master": https://git.libreoffice.org/core/commit/2a00d51150d410110602c953b3c3895debfcaa98 tdf#108110 ODF chart: import/export of custom position of data point labels It will be available in 7.0.0. The patch should be included in the daily builds available at https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours.
