Try to add and then delete CRLF (Enter) in one of the 2nd column header cells.
Bah... Workaround's result isn't saved :( After reopening the file you'll see same problem. Repro. More detailed steps: 1. Create at least 2 columns table. 2. Format - Page - Page: Bottom margin: 23,81 cm 3. Table properties - Text flow: Repeat heading the first 2 rows 3. Join vertically 2 first cells in the first column. 4. Place some text in the first cell of the first column, that will automatically increase its height. 5. Add necessary quantity of rows to make the table continue on the next page.
