Description:
Clear direct formatting has no separate undo step

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Select ABC and copy 
3. Past it directly after him -> Will be formatted
4. Undo
5. Place the cursor after & press CTRL+M (clear formatting)
6. Press CTRL+V -> Fine
7. Undo paste
8. Paste again.. formatted text is back
 

Actual Results:
Clear direct formatting has not a separate undo step

Expected Results:
Should be so
