Description:
Right-aligned text in svg-files (Inkscape) which are imported in Writer is truncated on the right side (some characters are missing)

Steps to Reproduce:
[1] Create a svg-file with right and left aligned text
[2] Insert this svg file in a writer document: Insert > Image > select svg file


Actual Results:
[3] The left aligned text is displayed and printed correctly,
the right aligned text is truncated on the right

Expected Results:
The complete right-aligned text should be visible (and later printed)

User Profile Reset: Yes

problem occurs under LO 6.0.5 and 6.1.beta2
tested with enabled and disabled OpenGL, no influence

I reproduce with
LO  6.1.0.0.beta1 Build ID: 8c76dfe1284e211954c30f219b3a38dcdd82f8a0
Threads CPU : 2; OS : Windows 6.1; UI Render : par défaut; 
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR); Calc: CL
and
LO Version 4.0.0.0.beta1 (Build ID: 87906242e87d3ddb2ba9827818f2d1416d80cc7)
on Windows 7.
but not with
LO 3.6.7.2 (Build ID: e183d5b)
again on Windows 7.

There does not exist a Windows repo to bibisect this.
I tried on Ubuntu 14.04 with 43all repo.
In the oldest build, the graphic does not show (read error).
In the build tagged last35onmaster, it is already shown truncated.

To be certain it was not a font issue, I installed ttf-mscorefonts-installer package, but there was no effect.

The bug was and still ist present under all versions 
between LO 5.4 up to LO 7.6.0.1.

In combination with bug 103888 the import of svg files is very annoying.
