Repeating the same sentence 5 times shows clearly that this user don't want to argue and explain clearly what makes toggling gridlines not intiuitive.

So closing as INVALID.
Please feel free to reopen if you disagree. In that case, please, explain and argue.

Thick Outer Border Line at Toggle Bar

Hi!
In MS Excel, using this Thick Outer Border button does not affect the inner lines. In our LibreOffice, this will delete inner lines, so I have to work twice by putting back the inner lines.

Select e.g. C3:E8
Add lines for all borders with toolbar widget
Now try to change outer lines without touching the rest..
Does not work.

Shiantho: try Format > Cells .. tab Borders. That allows detailed settings.
