Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert a table on first line of the document
2. Insert Manual Break - Page Break

Current behavior:
Nothing happens

Expected behavior:
We should be able to insert something before the table
              
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.1.4.2 release

Yes, it works, but the issue remains with "Insert Page break" with the menu.

Hi, to insert the page break you have to insert first a line before the table. You can't insert the page break in the table. So put the cursor at the very beginning of the first cell, then hit Enter, then Ctrl+Enter.
