Does that document contain macros? Any chance you could share the document? Looks like bug 115707. There are no macros in the document. The doc is private financial details; one is use almost daily. After all the open documents were successfully recovered and reopened I went back to that document and performed the same steps that led to the crash. This second time everything proceeded normally. Thanks you for the extra info, Victor. The full details copied from Help > About LibreOffice would be helpful, but without a sample document or steps that reproduce the issue reliably, it will be difficult to investigate. Crash signature is seen since 5.2, but there's a spike since 7.6.3.2. Mike, I see you touched TransferableDataHelper::GetAny recently with 2bde39767ff2aead9d4cfddc37f32103bfc52f63, and your TransferableDataHelper + OBJECTDESCRIPTOR work in b651051fce541ef5f8375154889922488189a4be made it into 7.6.3, so I thought you might be interested? Victor's last action before crash was a paste. Version: 7.6.4.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: e19e193f88cd6c0525a17fb7a176ed8e6a3e2aa1 CPU threads: 16; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 22631; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded Thank you for reporting the bug. Please attach a sample document, as this makes it easier for us to verify the bug. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested document is provided. (Note that the attachment will be public, remove any sensitive information before attaching it. See <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FAQ#sanitize> for further detail.) (In reply to Armondo Lopez from comment #5) > Please attach a sample document, as this > makes it easier for us to verify the bug. Victor said in comment 2 that the document can't be shared. In any case, without sample nor reproduction, let's close as "resolved - insufficient data" - at least for now. |
