I was able to reproduce this bug using the attached file in version: Version: 7.6.2.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 56f7684011345957bbf33a7ee678afaf4d2ba333 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win Locale: en-CA (en_CA); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded Same here. The program occupies a lot of CPU memory while loading the file. (see attachment) After loading is done, the program stalls and becomes unresponsive. In development version: Version: 24.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x86) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 2902ab24ecc5ffbf4907ea83b2028508b9de6364 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-CA (en_CA); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded While opening the file, it doesn't occupy a lot of memory while loading, but the program crashes without stalling. After reloading the development version I'm getting a Send Crash report (see attachment) Created attachment 190013 [details]

LibreOffice seems to convert PDF files to odg format before opening them. Also, this seems to be related to the performance of my computer when using it. |
