I can confirm with Version: 4.1.0.0.alpha1+ and Version: 6.0.0.0.alpha1+ Build ID: c79467ba954987f1d239c594c1e1b3af3f5515f6 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; Locale: en-GB (cs_CZ.UTF-8); Calc: group This does not work in macOS 10.14.0 + LO 6.0.6.2 either. 1. Create document 2. File > Export As > PDF 3. Security, set passwords 4. Choose no changes, no allowance of copying. 5. Export 6. Open PDF and highlight any text, command-C. 7. Open another document, command-V. The text from step 6 pastes. Copy protection does not work at all. This is an old bug; it needs to be fixed. *** Bug 138784 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Miklos, Tomaž, * Since we now "support" PDF 1.7 export of PDF/UA shouldn't we be able to at least set the Adobe security handler "use options" for our PDF exports? They of course offer little practical protection, but... |
