Parts of the navigation toolbar

I installed Ubutu 11.04 (natty) on a new PC which includes LibreOffice now. The base module is very important for me. Therefor I installed it, too. When I open a form of a database file no navigation toolbar is displayed at bottom of the form window (the form property is set to show the toolbar).
When I execute view - toolbars - navigation, the navigation toolbar is displayed. When I now resize the form window, the toolbar disappears. If I move with the mouse over the invisible toolbar, parts of it became visible (see attachment).
This behavior is seen bei different Ubuntu Themes and icon collections.

I am unable to reproduce this with LO-3.4.0-rc1 on SLED11-SP1-x86_64.

SchneiderH, do you use GNOME or KDE4 or ???

I'm using the official Ubuntu version 11.04 (natty) with GNOME (iso-file: ubuntu-11.04-desktop-i386.iso). This Ubuntu version includes LibreOffice.

If I remove LibreOffice entirely and install the debian packages from the LibreOffice homepage, the base module works as expected. So the problem is only with the LibreOffice version included in the Ubuntu repository.

Same behavior on openSUSE 11.4, x64, KDE 4.

Same problem on Arch Linux. libreoffice-calc 3.4.2-2.
I think it's important to add that I'm on proprietary Nvidia graphics driver.
Windows manager is XFCE.

Attached screenshot shows what happens when you try to resize window making it smaller by moving from top edge down.

[This is an automated message.]
This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it
started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is
changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back
to NEW please check if the bug still persists with the 3.5.0 beta1 or beta2 prereleases.
Details on how to test the 3.5.0 beta1 can be found at:

Comment 7 Björn Michaelsen 2011-12-23 17:02:46 UTC
needinfo keyword redundant by needinfo status.
Comment 8 SchneiderH 2012-01-14 03:49:46 UTC
With Ubuntu 11.10 and the LibreOffice Version 3.4.4,the navigation toolbar is displayed correctly. Therefore the bug can be closed.
