Hello,I can confirm with LO 5.2 and 3.5. Do you know some documentation which refers it should work or it's an enhancement?

The same in 3.3.4 ..
Help says "You can insert a calculation directly into a text document or into a text table."

I would say: not a bug but an enhancement...?
