*libreoffice is worked well without this situation on other ARM GNU/linux os(lxde on beagleboneblack, kde on bananapi)

Is the same problem with version 5.1.2? You can use this to try in parallel, if you want: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel/Linux

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
