Here is page count: https://help.libreoffice.org/Writer/Conditional_Text_for_Page_Counts Does this help somewhat: https://help.libreoffice.org/Writer/Formula#Variables_for_document_properties But here: https://help.libreoffice.org/Writer/Defining_Conditions it says: You cannot use internal variables, such as page and chapter numbers, in condition expression. testcase: page variable in conditional text
Here is a file showing that "page" variable exists and contains the total count of pages in the document when used in the context of the conditional text.
The help page shows the same usage.
My question is : are there any other predefined field that can be used the same way, and if so, where is the doc?

Hi jcm, Meybe it is better to ask at one of the community support channels for this? See http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/community-support/ If there is a clear need for improved documentation of the Help, please report that. Thanks, Cor |
