I have a new Dell 15 7000 7995 laptop with a 4K screen. Office does not display properly. The screen attempts to display but goes black then shows slanted white lines. Please advise, thanks.

Please post a screenshot. Try to disable openGL and HW acceleration.

maybe a duplicate of Bug 40534 - slide tearing or not shown in LARGE screens (high resolution) with hardware acceleration enabled and dual screen (presenting)

provide screenshot and tell if this is the same issue
