The web is fluid. The same happens to free-flowing text in any web browser. You would get the same effect, if you changed page size formatting in normal view. Closing as WONTFIX. True, but I still think usability could be improved here so that when a user opens the sidebar to change text formatting, they don't completely lose sight of the text they're trying to format. Yes usability wise it should maintain the position of the view. Even worse it doesnt maintain the position of the cursor (meaning if the cursor is in view, it wont retain it in view when resized), so ideally this should be rectified. What do other ux-advise guys think? Please add keyword 'needsUXEval' and CC 'libreoffice-ux-advise@lists.freedesktop.org' if input from UX is needed. *** Bug 157283 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Same in OOo 3.3, so inherited. |
