In the Lithuanian build of LibO 5.0 beta1 Writer, select "Insert - Media - Scan - Select Source" or "Insert - Media - Scan - Request".

Program craches and launches the recovery tool.

No specific document, can be reproduced on an empty one.

no crash under Win8 using LibO 5.1.0.0.alpha1+

Works under Linux KDE with 5.0 beta 3
