Added a vote here: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Vote_for_Enhancement#Votes_-_Calc +1 for me, also here: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Vote_for_Enhancement#Votes_-_Calc Set: * version to "inherited from OOo" * hardware "All" "All" Whiteboard: "VOTE" If it would be possible to revive this request, this would be a very useful feature for Libreoffice Calc . I migrated from MS and this is an essential function in a spreadsheet program for me to allow for visual formatting that does not print when the document is printed. Under page setup in the document, there is a checkbox for printing the document in black & white that allows only simple black text and border to print for a clean document. The current method of doing this is either manually configuring a printer system wide to print in monochrome, but this still prints grey backgrounds and other formats. Currently I am just saving the document as a copy and manually changing all formatting to black text, white background, and removing conditional formats. This works but it is cumbersome. If anyone would be willing to work on this it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! |

For example,if you set the "black and white" from the print properties, the background color will be printed in gray. I want to print with no background color. Best regards.
