I confirm this behavior and set to NEW. Ubuntu 14.10 64-bit Version: 4.4.2.2 Build ID: 40m0(Build:2) Locale: en_US LibreOffice 3.3.0 OOO330m19 (Build:6) tag libreoffice-3.3.0.4 Is nobody working on this after more than two years? I just encountered it with the compound adjective "temperature-sensitive": LO Writer will happily insert soft hyphens after "tem", after "temper", after "tempera", after "sen", or after "sensi". These additional hyphens all look ugly and violate many style guides. |
