Hyphenate without inquiry should not hyphenate already hyphenated words in any language, unless the brake is done at one of the existing hyphens.

For instance, terms like Energy-efficient should not be broken as: energy-effi-cient or en-ergy-efficient at the end of a paragraph.

Or at least, there should be a way to prevent it without creating exceptions for every word in this case.
