With 4.4.0.3 if I try Edit -> Track Changes -> Manage Changes -> Accept, I can also cause a crash. On pc Debiian x86-64 with master sources updated yesterday, I could reproduce this.
I could reproduce the crash with LO Debian package 4.3.3.2 Caolán McNamara committed a patch related to this issue.
