In Original document :
document.xml.rels : Target="file:///c;/users/dan"

In Roundtrip document :
document.xml.rels : Target="file:///c%3B/users/dan"

Don't want to start a status war but IMHO this is a clone with attachment, which should be added to bug 79880 instead of creating new report by reporter 3 minutes later with the same summary, all fields. See also URL for original report should be enough for reference.
