This options are there from OpenOffice times, maybe there is some difference between them, but I don't know which. Confirmed: Ubuntu 13.10 LibreOffice 4.2.1.1 release I'll take care of it Commited patch - will close as soon as it's pushed through to 4.4. Joel committed a patch related to this issue. It has been pushed to "master": http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=cb52ff078d6007b731c511df4852abf3e610950e fdo#75673 - Removed duplicate insert entries It will be available in 4.4.0. The patch should be included in the daily builds available at http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. Created attachment 94965 [details] screenshot I think the red highlighted text in the attached screenshot says it all :) There should be only one option: insert "Audio/video". The app can figure out the rest.
