When "PDF as Standard Print Job Format" is selected in Options -> Print,
no eps graphics are printed.

It works in LO 4.1.5 but not in 4.2.5.0.0+. So set keyword regression.
Tested under Ubuntu 14.04 x86-64 with Generic-Cups-PDF-Printer.
Note 1: under LO 4.2 the preview in the print dialog does not show the logo.
Note 2: PDF export has the same problem.
