Hello,

Steps to reproduce:

1. Right click on any toolbar
2. Click: Customize Toolbar
3. When dialog opened, press: OK
4. Right after clicking OK, right click on the toolbar.
5. Boom. 

Reproducible on master Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 86b4603766f45f5a15fb59728839fed1da6fd4da
TinderBox: MacOSX-x86@49-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2014-01-30_10:27:29, not reproducible on 4.1.5.2. 
OS X, 10.7.5

I've experienced a very similar issue in a recent 4.3alpha Windows daily build.
see Bug 74318. however it looks resolved with a newer daily build.

crash happened with:
Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: c634faf12886228754eb59ec9bedf6cd6f631054
TinderBox: Win-x86@42, Branch:master, Time: 2014-01-29_22:45:18

no crash with:
Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: a995462e6855061816c6529c366f20ace2b45868
TinderBox: Win-x86@42, Branch:master, Time: 2014-01-31_23:29:34

for the moment I mark this as a duplicate.
please retest with a newer build. feel free to reopen if you still see the bug.
