Yes, I would like to have this too. Hm - how is this different than just selecting attachments within your mail client? Trying to see how this would be faster than doing just that (for instance in thunderbird just hitting "attachments" and going to the attachments you want to add. To me this seems more like an email client function than office suite function. Let us know how this is better/faster/more efficient than just selecting attachments within your email client and then we'll try to confirm it's a valid enhancement. Thanks! @Joel, are we talking about the same thing? The mail merge wizard help you to *send* mass e-mails, you are not inside the e-mail client at that time. What we would like to have is: the reader gets a html formatted mail with a pdf attachment. To do that from writer: write a formatted odt possibly with (name) fields to personalize it, make sure you have a database with addresses and names, then use the wizard to send as merged e-mails. So far, this functionality already exists. Even, currently pictures are formatted into the html mail as embedded images! Now, prior to actually sending it would be good to be able to add the additional attachement (as you connot create a pdf attachement inside an odt). What Spectas refers to is that prior to sending you have the option to send the odt itself as an attachment. This is pretty useless as the reader will receive an empty e-mail, with the odt as attachement, no body text present to persuade the reader to open the attachement. Don't know about you, but when receiving an empty e-mail I would press delete before noticing the attachement. When using the mail merge wizard you can't use your email client at the same time. It is then only LO working as an email client, when using the Mail Merge Wizard. I didn't actually think of sending the odt itself, but of sending together with the database-created pdf-attachment (e.g. application letter) further (static) attachments like your vCard-file (*.vcf) or your scanned diploma-pdfs. Thanks! I now understand :) Thanks for that. Valid request, marking as NEW Please note that enhancements can take a long time to get implemented as almost all of our developers are volunteers and it's up to the volunteers to pick these enhancements to work on (ie. they have to be interested in that section of the code/functionality). That being said it's been at least confirmed for devs to consider. Thanks for clarifying Adding self to CC if not already on From kids to adults, a majority of the population https://tutuappx.com/ owns an Android device these days. With that Is the optimum choice to deal with such issues. Next time you miss out on your TV program or movie, just use this app and https://vidmate.onl/ watch it at your convenience.
