Draw layer tabs screenshot with annotations

I created new Layer tabs in LibreOffice Draw but I can't move it to other position like sheet tabs in Calc

So it is, and that is no error. The equivalent to the sheet in Calc is not the layer but the slide. Calc has more than one layer for a sheet too, but there exists no UI to show these layers, same in Writer or Impress. Only Draw has a UI to let you manipulate the layers directly.

Nevertheless it is a valid request, to change the UI, to show the layers in an order the user wants. I change the issue type accordingly

Would be nice to integrate the layer into the navigator.

On Hackfest Hamburg, April 2018, we have decided to start a project for improving handling of layers and internal structure. In case you start to work on this issue get in contact with Regina (rb.henschel@t-online.de) or Armin (Armin.Le.Grand@me.com).
