Sample Document how to hide / unhide
We never had something like that the way reporter wants.
I believe it's already everything in LibO what is required for that function. Attached sample333 has 3 Sections. Section2 is hidden by default (you can unhide in Navigator), Section1 Can be hidden by setting a Variable to "0", reappears when you change Variable from 0 to 1.
So I believe currently we need some "tips and tricks" how to do that "show or hide" in a more elegant way with a button, but for an expert that should be easy. If that exists, we can think about to make that function available in a more easy way, may be by an Extension or enhancing LibO functions.
May be someone can add such a function with some explications to ma sample, attach that one and obsolete mine? Explication can be added to the WRITE manual, and so we would have done a first step.
Attention, because of "Bug 55814 - Condition for hidden section replaced by "0"" the sample document will not work with latest stable versions (In reply to comment #1) > Created attachment 77718 [details] > Sample Document how to hide / unhide > > We never had something like that the way reporter wants. > > ... snip .... so setting status to NEW @Matthew B are you happy with Reiner's workaround? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 47746 *** |
