Problem description:

If you highlight the whole table and then try to format the paragraph, it's only applied to the first cell

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open writer
2. Create table with multiple rows and columns
3. Highlight all cells
4. Format > Paragraph...

Current behavior:

Formatting options are only applied to the first cell

Expected behavior:

Formatting options should be applied to all selected cells

There may be more technical problems as after refreshing a few times I get "It seems there is a problem to connect with Bugzilla. Please try again later."

Same for me on Windows with the latest version. You have to change all paragraph settings for every cell alone. Selecting all cells and setting paragraph settings will only do it for the first cell.

Works: Version 3.6.3.2 (Build ID: 3.6.3.2-8.fc18), Linux, Fedora 18

Doesn't Work: Version 4.0.0.3 (Build ID: 7545bee9c2a0782548772a21bc84a9dcc583b89), Windows 7
